Post a lot on the forums. If people recognize you fron the Forums, they're more likely to click on your username and view your projects.

I can't say how to get well known, because there is no specific process. Usually it's just luck.

yeah, my step dosen't really need effort, people just click the links anyway an that person is front paged in no time.
