Scratch 2.0 is still in its alpha stage, so knowledge about its components is not very widespread or complete. As such, I don't think anyone has a straight answer prepared for your above question. BoltBait provided a great resource that describes in detail how to embed Scratch 1.4 projects. I would suggest that you start from there and do your own research about how to use Scratch 2.0 projects instead of 1.4 projects, as the process is probably similar. If you find anything useful, I'm sure many ATers would be grateful if you posted your findings here.
