Hi,
I am new to scratch and impressed with its potential to teach kids programming. I am planning to setup a course for K12, and want to have a online community for the them-to showcase their work, and give them some resources to learn online. Any violation to your terms, if I setup such webiste, as I need to use the flash player, and the member will have to upload their sb file to my website?
Thanks.

Hey! That sounds like a cool project of yours.
It's perfectly acceptable to use the flash player (you can find the embed code on the right hand side of a project page) and to use .sb files.

I don't believe that violates any of our terms, just so long as you don't use the name "Scratch" in the name of the site, so that there is no confusion with our site

Yes, I won't use your brand even though it's very tempting to use iconic cat as domain name
