X-Mas projects

Hey, I maked a new script plug-in called NewYearBlocks for Scratch 1.4. So, you can also make the new year projects by them. For example:

when gf clicked
forever 
  paste [Happy 2013 v]
  remake [Happy 2013!]

Where is the plugin, or is it a mod? Or does it even exist?
