My New MASSIVE Series– Scratch Universe
“Scratch Galaxy”
“The Council”
This is my topic where I will post everything about my new MASSIVE series– Scratch Universe– which is part Story, part Game. Basically it is a series set primarily in “The Scratch Galaxy” which is a planetary system of 9 planets (See “Scratch Galaxy” pic above) But occasionally the series will venture out from there and visit other parts of “The Scratch Universe”
The Series revolves around “The Council” (which are the representatives of the nine planets) struggles against the threats against Scratch Galaxy. (You can see the members of the Council in “The Council” pic above). The series will be split into series made up of 13 episodes each.
This could possibly be made into a small collab with guest producers. I am awful at graphics so some of my enemies will not look the part if I do them. If anyone is interested in helping I could create a collab thread.
Questions:
“Part Story, Part Game???”Yep every episode has story in it but it will also have “interactive” bits where you click to learn more or take control of a character to fight enemies.
“You say it is “MASSIVE”, so how big is it really going to be?”
At the moment I have 4 series planned (52 episodes!!) but I do not want the series to end there and I am currently planning a 5th. So, it is at the moment undefined how big it will be
“How often will the episodes be?”
I am planning to upload three a month so 52 episodes will take me 1.4 years Or 511 days!
“Where does the idea come from?”
The Lord of the Rings is my main inspiration (I have just re-read it) so people who have read the books will recognize some themes involved in it. It is also loosely based on my Blinky Battles series which I ran out of ideas for but because I wanted to continue making games with Blinky in, I created this. I have such a good imagination and since this is a wider sphere to think of ideas for I think this will work better
“How many games have you created?”
3 as of 1st December, one has been uploaded (see below) with the other one being planned to be uploaded on my birthday (6th December) but I am working on a forth now.

Scratch Universe Series 1, Episode 1 [Scratch Cats] The Episode
in this episode a red Scratch Cat who has called itself Evil Scratch Cat is preparing to attack Scratch and you must stop him before it is too late.
Plot
The Council meets when they here that Smile has urgent news about Evil Scratch Cat and they hear his tale of when he heard Evil Scratch Cat and listen to his battle with him.
Interactive Bits
You can click on members of the Council (when it says to) to learn more about each of them and their planet. You play as Smile when he is telling the council about his battle with Evil Scratch Cat
