I click 'delete all' in my notifications, and they disappear. However, if I go to another page or reload the notifications page, the messages are still there.

I think i have met this too
It happens on my ipod occasionally but on my laptop its fine.

I've gotten that bug a few times. But clearing the cache usually helps. Did you try clearing your cache?
