but yeah, the proper term is called necro posting
bumping only applies to suggestions or text based games or questions unless theyve been answered already

I don't think that there should be much of a problem with this. But people shouldn't bring back old topics if they have already been resolved, denied, approved (the previous two applying to the Suggestions section, mainly), or something other than that that has no need to be discussed again.
But it's not that much of a problem, is it?
