googled the path, http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=472673, https://github.com/jorendorff/webscratch/blob/master/Makefile say /Applications/Scratch 1.4/Scratch.app
@jontmy00, did you try the path at the terminal?

I did not. I used Finder, Under "Go", click "Go to Folder", a popup should appear.
Then enter in "/applications/scratch 1.4/scratch.app".
"/Applications/Scratch 1.4/Scratch.app" works too.
EDIT: Trying with Terminal with "[username]$ /Applications/Scratch 1.4/Scratch.app" fails with the message "-bash: /Applications/Scratch: No such file or directory"
EDIT 2: Using "/applications/scratch 1.4/scratch.app" fails with the same message too.

You have to put a backslash before the space.
