Hey guys! I'm writing an essay about the differences between introverts and extroverts on the internet, and I was wondering if some of you could help me by taking this survey. It's only 10 questions long and shouldn't take too long to complete. And it's fun! (If you like that kind of thing )
The first two questions about whether you are an introvert or extrovert are most important, so if you don't know, you can also take this other survey to find out and read about the differences.
Feel free to talk about you answers and/or your thoughts on the topic here.
Thanks guys! Here is the link to my survey again.

Your links are messed up
"this other survey" takes you the actual survey that you want us to do
The other 2 take you to the Surveymonkey homepage

Nope, actually, for this lovely class about the newer digital technologies and how they affect us. It is rather fascinating, actually.
Thanks again everyone!

I'm interested to see the results (if you're going to post 'em?). I took the survey this afternoon!

Yep, I'll post the results (or some of them, at least). But warning, I also posted this on Facebook, so the results won't necessarily 100% reflect Scratch.

I have a question... Uh, what's the "real life" you talked about in that quiz?
Joking, nice quiz though. I took it.

Thanks everyone! Between FB and Scratch, I have gotten 56 responses, which is awesome. I'll post some results here, but will keep the poll open, so if you still want to add your voice, go for it!
So far, the most common answer to the first question is Do you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert? is introvert at 48.2%. I am not sure/in the middle is next, at 28.6%, followed by extrovert, at 23.2%.
The most common answer to the second question, which involved rating yourself from 1 (introvert) to 9 (extrovert), was 3, at 26.8%. 7.1% answered 1; 1.8% answered 9.
The people who answered "introvert" to one were somewhat more likely to have online friends they did not know in real life. They were also more likely to feel more comfortable online.
Overall, 40% of everybody said the Internet made them more social. Only 16.4% answered less social and the rest answered no change. Introverts were more likely to answer more social on that one.
67.9% of the people who answered would most like to communicate with their friends in person. This surprised me that more than 30% would rather not. Any thoughts on this? Most of the ones who answered something else were introverts.
Almost everyone who answered would most like to communicate with family in person.
For teachers and coaches and bosses, the first-place answers so far have been pretty evenly split between in person (59.3%) and email (46.3%). The introverts were more likely than the extroverts to answer email
So there we go! Any thoughts? Once again, feel free to keep taking it.

Interesting results! I was also surprised to hear that 30% of people would rather not communicate with their friends in person.

Cool
I would rather talk to friends and family in person, but I'm definitely more comfortable with email when talking to a teacher or similar.
