better importing of sprites

instead of what we have now, I think this should come up instead:

You can search for things and also type in the name of the picture if you know it.
(p.s. Before you ask why all of my files are named things like "e98yrtw9suo", it's because I don't want to actually type in a name so I just slam my hand down on the keyboard.)

In Scratch 2.0, I think it does go like that. It has Flash pop up a system file dialog.

However, in 1.4, due to how Squeak works, that's essentially impossible.
