What the heck is this?

a direct copy of what I comented to Paddle2See:

Perhaps you commented disrespectfully of destructively without knowing it, then someone flagged, Paddle2See confirmed it, and you were sent the notification.

Questions about admin warnings, should be discussed with an admin, rather than here where it's public. You can comment somewhere where Paddle2See can find it, that's your best bet.
