Once I have added a project with a note - I cannot change the text. I have tried editing it on the Open dialog and also on the project notes button. Nothing seems to save the text and the only workaround I can find is to save the sprite and start a new project with a new note before re-importing.

It does seem to be working now. It may have been my problem when I started using the system.
I now edit the note when sharing the project which works fine but it does not remember the tags you entered the prevous time. You also need to save after share.
It is useful that the project is overwritten both in my workspace and in the galleries so I am not numbering my projects * versions as I see some other people doing.
