Also, I have a similar thing. When I was young, around 5 or 6, I had a really bad habit of repeating what I just said in a low whisper. Like, I'll say "That burger was really good" and then I'll whisper to myself "That burger was really good". Like an echo.

One time at school, I overheard a girl say I was "cute". 

And I don't even like her! She's weird!    Plus, I already have a semi-girlfriend of sorts.

Everyone at school hates me, but when i didn't show up to the school dance, GIRLS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT ME NOT BEING THERE. And i was like "wut?"

Everyone at school hates you?    Aw man, that's gotta suck.

I'm not exactly popular, but I know that a bunch of girls at school do have a crush on me...even though they won't admit it. But I actually like it when this happens. Gives me something to laugh about--it's another guilty pleasure. Like this one girl in my Language Arts class. I'm just chatting with my friend about random things, and then this girl is like,

Girl: "Wow, you're so weird."
Me: "Um, we're just talking about how bad we are at poetry."
Friend: "Yeah, what's it to you."
Girl: "I dunno, but you're still, uh...weird."
Me: "Okay then."

This happens pretty much everyday. This is actually the same weird girl that said I was cute.

But yeah, there's going to be a Winter dance, where you pretty much have to ask a girl out, and I'm totally going to ask out my semi-girlfriend.

That really is too bad.    But I've been through stuff like that, and I know exactly what you mean. But it's not like that for me anymore.

I'm a brony and the people at my school know it, yet they don't treat me like trash. Mostly because I'm not alone--there are at least twenty other bronies at my school. Plus, I'm sort of a nerdy kid, but I am in no way a social outcast. I have plenty of friends, four girls like me (this includes my girlfriend), and I'm most of the time a very likable person. Sometimes I'm mean to some jocks, but that doesn't matter--they tease me anyway because I'm incredibly uncoordinated.    No one rags on me for that, though, except the jocks. Like my semi-girlfriend, who is really fast at running, when my mile time is something like 11 minutes. But she just says that it's fine, but I should try a bit harder.

But I really do pity you, man. I hope you'll have better luck making friends soon.
