Owlfeather watched with disgust in his eyes as Tallstar ran away. His ear twitched, and he turned to Rosewing. He shall not pursue such a coward... "Are you ok?" he asked Rosewing as he padded towards her. "I think we should carry Noblestep to camp." he said quietly. His rage was gone like a puff of smoke.

Owlstar smirked and got up with Noblestep. He headed to DarkClan camp, carrying Noblestep's body and stepping slowly so he won't drop him. The sun was going down, and the treetops were as if stained with blood in the glow of the sunset. He guessed he was close to camp when the DarkClan smell entered his nostrils.

Rosewing looked around. Tallstar was nowhere in camp, he must have been out whining to Shadowstar. good. "over here beind the nursery, this is where they buried her, because she loved the smell of the nursery. he wanted to be buried right next to her," she stood on the spot where her father would be buried.

Owlstar put down Noblestep's body and started digging, occasionally getting up to see if everything was safe. As he continued to dig, night covered the land. At last the hole was large enough for Noblestep's body to fit. Owlstar walked over and lay down next to him. "StarClan are honoured to have such a great warrior amongst themselves. You would have been a noble SunClan warrior," he whispered in his ear.

The forest was silently parting with its noble warrior. Owlstar walked over to Rosewing and nuzzled her nose with his. Grief was in his heart, for he knew that SunClan had lost another cat...
