Who's lightnin100? I think he's lightnin's test account, but it says "community moderator" in the forums. He's not even in the li8st of moderators!
Who is he?

Indeed, it's Lightnin's test account. I'd assume it has the Community Moderator rank so that he can test CM privileges, but I'm not sure.

That's what i think. 
He also has lightnin101 and lightnin102 and i'm not sure what else.

Bingo - that's right on the money. He has a number of accounts for testing different parts of the forum (and main site) when changes are put through.
