Uploading, Blank page, Missing rows, what's going on!!

I can't upload anything, the rows "What the community is remixing" and "What the community is loving" are missing. And when I try to go onto chrome, it is a blank website. (using safari now).

What's going on?

Um... whenever something like this happens there's some kind of renovation/bug with the website.
