I was trying to upload my MOVED project but it says failed, but its not 10 MB!

I'm pretty sure everyone's getting it, because I see nothing on the newest projects (and I'm pretty sure that the newest projects bug only affects the front page) section.

this is happened to me too and top loved and top remixed is gone too.

Yeh, you can tell that it's something to do with the server/database/whatever it is. I thought it was just my project that wouldn't upload, but I guess not. So no-one can upload ANY projects of any kind, anywhere in the world?

Yeah, we've got some problems with the database - hopefully it will be sorted out soon.  We've got some topics in Bugs and Glitches that are already covering this so I'm going to close this one.
