Yep, Multiverse works well for a multi-world manager 
That's for Bukkit... I don't know if it's possible on a Vanilla server. (Aside from the Nether and End)

Yeah, Mystcraft can handle multi-world stuff too. It's a forge mod for MC. It's pretty awesome, if you get used to it!

Meanwhile, how's my base? It's very WIP, so here's an observation room at Y48, the base goes to bedrock when I mine out the temp. floor.

This isn't the final design, and this is just the central shaft of the base. I'm taking inspiration from Nebris and Etho, with a bit of Monkeyfarm.

Paintings sound fun.

I don't want so use any mods, and I only use flymod to take pictures.

Then add wool or something to look like coral. That'd be cool too.
