This is not a problem with Scratch. It is a problem with your computer. Your computer has a virus. Please scan your computer to correct the problem.

In this, the slider won't move. The author fixed it so you can change it with the arrows, but this is still a bug.

We're non-profit; we don't have ads. It sound like your browser is infected with malware - might be a good time now to do a full scan of some sort.

When you scroll on a loading game your mouse turns into a pencil or pen or something.
Not a big bug, but it's been on the flash player since it was originally made.

1. A link to the project showing the problem (or the name of the project if you don't know how to make a link):
pretty much all of them
2. Any directions we will need to see the problem. Example: Jump off the top platform and the guy freezes...:
while it's loading, press full screen, the loading thing goes off of the player
3. Which browser you are using. Example: Chrome, IE9, FireFox

So. I have been having problems with this one project: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/jesster24/2918850. In the game, the top and bottom of some of the lists are cut off. I am using Windows Internet Explorer. This is pretty cool though!

I found a glitch, don't know if someone mentioned it though.
If you make one of those create-your-own or build-your-own stuff that the pieces follow your cursor barely transparent, if you stamp it everywhere, it will actually stamp THE effect, which doesn't happen in original scratch.
Well, I don't know if I said it right, but you can see it happening here:

Ballman Vs. The Ballmonster 2 has a problem with the stars in the background. They will scroll to the left and stop there. It doesn't look good.
By the way, I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

Thanks for your report - it's not a known bug, that I am aware of.

Hi
In this new player, nothing seems to work. In other words, it's worse than the Java player.
Please fix. From Dyllio :cool
Please give us an example of what you are seeing. What project? What are you seeing that is not working?

Looks like the Flash player is not able to move the sprite to exactly the same maximum (or minimum) values as Scratch 1.4 - I've entered it as a bug but there is also an easy work-around which I've commented on the project. Thanks for the report!

The characters get out of synch after a few seconds, and the speech bubbles are in a different place for two of the characters ... it works fine in the scratch environment.
It also works fine in the java player. You mention timing problems above so maybe you could make the link to the java player more obvious? Or make it the default? Flash is a pain in so many ways ...

On this project, http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/7scratch7/2935412, I keep dying on levels 13, 14, and 17 online only when I touch a specific platform. These gray platforms rotate, and you are supposed to die when you hit a lighter shade of grey. I think that the new player might average the colors of two pixels when rotating, causing a new shade of gray that is closer to the color that makes you die.
It would take a really long time to change all the colors, and it would look worse, too.
I've tried changing the colors to very different shades of gray, and adding another layer of black to the platform, yet the problem persists.
I'm using safari.
Thanks!

Project:http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/steve708/2936591
Bug (feature): I have a loop in a Stage script to keep repeating the soundtrack (3m 8s long) . It works OK in Java, but in Flash the music plays only once, no repeats.
My set up is iMac, OSX 10.7.5, Chrome 23.0.1271.64
The code is:
when I receive <started>
if <music> = 0
change <music> by 1
Forever
play sound <sibelius>
wait 195 secs
stop script
