Don't count on it...Apples developer account will take a while to setup if you don't already have one. Also, Apple's App Store review team takes a good long holiday break.

If I remember correctly, you were 12 or 13 when you got your apple dev account- how did that work?

If I remember correctly, you were 12 or 13 when you got your apple dev account- how did that work?

Submitting apps to the App Store as a minor is tricky. Do not attempt to make an account under a fake name or register under your name! You have to purchase the $99 license with a credit card and it has to have your name on it, plus the team reviews each license so they manually check you. Instead, I suggest asking a trusted adult (generally one of your parents) to make the account for you, have them do all the tasks they have to do (like agree to the terms) and then have them sign up with their credit card. However, if you plan on selling your apps for money, it gets more complicated. I'm not an accountant, so don't take my word for it too fast but at least in my state you don't have to pay taxes until you make $3600 a year. This isn't a problem (usually) except that its registered under your parents name, so they have to pay the taxes for your app sales. You'd probably just give them the money they had top pay.

I was planning to have my parents sign up for everything.

My grandpa's an accountant, he can help with the taxes.

No problem, glad to help! Great hook up, maybe he'll figure out the amount that was added because of your app sales if you do is laundry for a week.
