Rovio recently released a new game in their Angry Birds series called Angry Birds Star Wars.
I got it and played it and I really enjoyed the game. I like the many references to the movies and the powers each character has.
I think that they should start adding cut scenes with animations in them because if you've seen their Youtube channel, you'd see that they make some really amazing animations so there's no reason why they shouldn't put them in.
Anyway, have you gotten it and what do you think about it?

Sounds like an abomination.
Im really anti Star Wars merchandising because whenever Lucas Arts allows some other company to make star wars themed stuff, it just means star wars in a new way, and I don't want to see Star Wars portrayed other than how it was in the beginning. Thats my opinion.

"Oh,puhhhhlease."-Squidward Tentacles
Really Rovio? A FIFTH Angry Birds game?
Really, Rovio! You could be doing better things now, you could make some new fresh franchises. But no. You continue a series just because it's a cash cow for you guys and you're already milking ideas.
-.-
No offense to any of you guys, but the only good Angry Birds game is the first. After that, they just got extremely unoriginal, and the game got more overrated by millisecond.
Sorry for all of this. I'm just reaaaaaly mad about this.

I do agree that Angry Birds is getting old. They tried doing other games but got really bad responses which is why I think they went back to Angry Birds again because it's the only thing that they've made that has been successful.

It seems like Angry Birds is trying to collaborate with everyone.
They recently worked together with the guys at Queen to make a Freddie Mercury-inspired bird, which I'll admit, was pretty awesome.

At first I wasn't sure about getting it, because last time there was an Angry Birds movie tie-in, it wasn't so hot. (Also, they sold Halloween costumes for it BEFORE the game came out, which gave me the idea the game was only for money) But I looked at some reviews for it, and Rovio impressed me with Space and Bad Piggies, so I got it. It's easily the best Angry Birds game. The new powers are really satisfying to pull off (especially the black bird after the first Darth Vader fight). I also like how they give you rewards for getting stars.

Wait a second. If Disney bought Lucasfilms, doesn't that technically make this a Disney product?
you know how it goes, theres always a lucasarts sticker in the creds (At least there used to be), but it technically belongs to Rovio. They made the game. You know how Disney loves to market everything they own.
I can't tell who's fault it is for making this game.

Those who play Angry Birds should be forced to watch their cell phoes burn. Play a real video game for once! Angry Birds is just a time-consuming game when you have nothing better to do.
