A few moments ago I tried this project:
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/jackajacka/2793810
And it lags
but when I switch to java then the scrolling is much smoother. But isn't flash supposed to be faster than java?
the reason i switched to java because i saw this site: scratch.mit.edu/redirect/url?link=http://jackajackagames.webs.com/
there this project was embedded with java and worked smoothly then i came here to scratch to comment on this and found this laggy so i switched to java.
Any reason for this?
Im concerned because in Scratch 2.0 Flash will be the default (and only player?)

When you played in Flash, was it in fullscreen?
EDIT: I tried it in small-screen, there was no lag.
