One question, though: is it a fake tree, or a real one?  if it's a real one, I'm worried it might not have gone into a hibernation state, and it may have tons of sap still in it, so the needles will fall off sooner i believe

I'd post a picture post-decoration/post-tree-acquired but we have all those corny LOL ALISON'S FIRST CHRISTMAS things on it and all that and then you'd probably be like "heyy pictures of internet stranger's family"

Make sure it's high resolution so I can zoom in on them, crop them, and add the faces to my stalker book, under Wickimen.

It's not real    My parents don't want to have to deal with the mess.

We can't use breakable ornaments because my cat plays with the tree ( ) but we use a bunch of different ones. (Usually they're ones from places that my family's been to.) On the Christmas tree in my bedroom I use sparkly ornaments and use brightly colored garland.
