There is no confirmed date, the scratch team hoped to have had it out at the end of the year, but from a recent post I saw from the scratch team, they are now pushing that to january february, but again, there is no confirmed release date.

My guess is never.  Since the initial announcement way back when I was erisok, (2009) they've continued to delay, delay, delay.  They've come out with posts saying "oh yeah, we're working on it, by the way we're releasing a new project player instead of Scratch 2.0", blah blah, and things like that.  I could go into a rant about it, but I think I've gotten my point across.
