I feel that as I was appointed to moderate the room, it was my responsibility to keep the room safe and secure. When I felt the room wasn't safe and things were happening, It was my responsibility to close it.

Of course, it wasn't deleted, so hgf could always reopen it (which they did) upon making it secure.
