It isn't "infinite" the way we think of it, but it is constantly expanding.

No, the theory applies to the theorized multiverse, so, yes it's possible that there's a universe where said theory is taken as false, but that doesn't mean it has to be this universe, if there is any other universes.

Although, being in those video game worlds isn't that good. You will have no free will, you will have to either obey the all mighty player, or be a lonely walking guy that dies.

Dude "the all might player" will somehow lead people to bring religion into this.

The wouldn't be a different 3 dimensional universe, it would be another dimensional different universe.

It could still have areas where the laws of physics don't apply.

There's no evidence whatsoever that the Universe has different laws of physics in different areas.
