Allow comment creators to delete them on different projects
I mistaken scared someone Becuse of a non typo checked comment. iI said i would help clean unnecessary tags by flaging the tags. But i typoed it and said "Flag the whole project (tags)" I forgot to say tags. He toughe i was talking about his amazing project to be flagged.

However, someone could then post an inappropriate comment and remove it before the ST sees it. I don't support.
To prevent typos, just check it before you submit it.
