people abusing "flag tag"

on my projects, sometimes all the tags get removed. they are all valid tags (ex. on my "curator" project I had tagged it with "wes64" and "curator" but they were erased, i put them back though).

someone needs to regulate the flagging of tags so nobody can just go through and delete them all.

I support. Tags like that are related, but tags like "akdgh" and "press [+] if u like pizza" have nothing to do with, say, a drawing game.

flagging tags lets the ST know. If someone sweared and someone flagged, there would be no purpose to just delete the tag and thats it.

The goal of stopping tag spam is to stop irrelevant tags. If somebody is losing relevant tags then somethng should be done.
