i have seen many projects that make 3d, not true 3d, but a decent 3d. how do you make them? Like, how did AddZero make the "slice 3d suzanne"?http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/AddZero/548472

You can look at some of mine for help if you need.
Unless you are confident with trigonometry you may find it difficult as it involves lots of maths to work out where an object looks like it would be. For example objects further away look smaller.
The basics work by creating the thrid dimension by using a variable which could be called 'z position' because in the same way that 2d objects in scratch have x and y positions 3d objects need x,y and z positions. The z position would be how far back an object it.
For a simple alternative you may download my '3D Experiment' project and change the sprites to suit what you want and remix that.

ive just realised that the 3D you were wondering about was rendering so my last answer was largely irrelevant. scratch is not ideal for 3d rendering however canthiar has managed a very neat (if slow) renderer.
