Main Site Scratcher/New Scratcher
I think that there should be a New Scratcher/Scratcher status on the main site. There's a few restrictions (mainly Curator) that involve the main site, and yet are restricted to forum scratchers.
If there is a scratcher/new scratcher status on the website, then it should let you do all the things that involve the main site, and yet right now, are restricted to forum scratchers in which some (like me), don't even use the main site that much. They will still be restricted to new scratcher in the forums, but have it be separate like TBG's and here, and have it be upgraded kind of like here, except instead of 3 projects and 1 month active here, 3 projects and 1 month active on the main site (commenting, posting projects, etc...).

No. New scratcher is to prevent spam. There is no spam on scratch projects.

First of all, there is.
Second of all, I'm suggesting this rank not to prevent spam, but to allow people who don't use the forums a chance to do some Scratcher-only things (such as curator).
