having trouble moving sprites
Good Morning.
When I add a move block, the sprite seems to move the same distance whether I have it at 10 steps or 90 steps. It also doesn't move backwards when I put in a minus sign.
I am new to scratch and I wonder what I am doing wrong.

I can't see how this is happening off the top of head, how 'bout a screenshot? (right click in the background of the script area and select save picture of scripts)

I'm not quite sure what you mean. When you right click, click on the background of the script area, not on a block.
