I don't have a xbox, but I really like it's controller. Wii remote is my second. In the future I predict that this list will be topped by the Wii U Gamepad.
If you want something to do while Scratch is down, check out tbgs.tk! It's the new version of the (closed) Scratch TBGS, run by Scratchers! I'm going to spend most of my time there, anyway.

Same here. Absolutely my favorite controller for any console. The Gamecube controller is good in that respect too.
Of course, if you count keyboard + mouse, that's going to come out on top for me.

I just like controllers that have a ton of buttons, yet aren't too complex, easy to hold and ensure you won't accidentally push a button when you don't want to.
So Xbox 360 all the way.
Wii Remote's definitely up there too.
N64 controller's good too, but I sometimes feel like I have to reach for the + control pad and the L key.
The NES controllers have barely any buttons at all compared to today, but MAN are they easy to use! You can never beat the simplicity of the classics.

Keyboard and mouse. Or PS2/3 controller. I'd like to note that I've never touched an Xbox or anything related to one.

My blue wii controller X3 actually I barely play the wii. All I know is that the worst one is my PS2 controller because I have one that is too big for my hands and the buttons are in the wrong places for a PS2. It's from some off brand company (Mad Cats I believe?) and it really sucks. Unfortunately, it's the only controller I have that works for it. But, I like the design on normal PS2 and PS3 controllers.

Yeah mad cats and interact are terrible companys. Don't buy anything from them.
