That can be easy if you know how to play it. Most of the people that I have seen play it don't even know what the numbers mean.
Try and beat a harder level in less than 15 seconds.

If there is a number 1, it means that there is 1 Mine around the block. It's a luck/skill game.

No, it's a logic game. In easy mode, you're only going to find 1's and 2's, but in medium/hard mode there's 4's 5's 6's, and even 7's (the most it can be is 8).

As ADK said, if there's a 1, there is a mine touching that block, if there's a 2, there's 2 mines touching that block, etc...

The touching works like this

[x][x][x]
[x][1][x]
[x][x][x]

Where, any of those x's can be a mine. A few tricks that'll help is that when you have something like this:
[o][o][o]
[o][1][1]
[o][1][?]
The 1 in the middle only has 3 filled in blocks touching it. Since it can't be anything behind, or near it, that ? is a mine. If you play enough, these tricks just come to you.

It's really logical, and really frustrating for beginners, and it's not a luck game (if you know how to play)

Yes. As most of the people I've seen play it rely on luck and random  clicking.

Plus the second move, sort of. If your first move was a one, then you do a random click. Correct?

It rarely happens. I've played about 200 games, only 7 of them were like that, and 2 of those 7 had it happen where my next click was also a mine.

Football is a foot sport.

That's why that call it football. 

But you only actually use your foot on the ball about 10 times in the game, and the games are (if I'm not mistaken, I don't watch football that much) over half an hour. It's a contact sport with a lot of tackling (which I sometimes mistake as hugging), a lot of running, and a lot of throwing. 1/3 of it is running, 2/3 is upper body.
Just because it's name is "football" doesn't mean that it's a foot sport, it's like saying "bowling" is the sport of making bowls.
