When you upload a project. If its compressed, a list should appear to tell what sprites should be compressed. It would say the sprite name and it would have a box next to it. When its clicked a check mark would appear in the box. All check marked sprites would be compressed. If no sprites are compressed. Then its uploaded uncompressed.
