What might be happening is that you have the "Compress sounds and scripts" box (in the lower-right hand corner) marked when you upload, so try unchecking it and reuploading your project.

It may have ( although it is unlikely) surpassed the mighty 10 MB limit. You may need to remove some music. The compress button ( as stated by another scratcher) should be checked. If you continue to get this error remove some music. If it still refuses to upload you may have to release a shorter or less detailed version.
