Easiest way
Get a dual monitor system.
Learn flash
Look at your old code in one screen - rewrite it in the other
Write it in flash
The hard way
Make a scratch orientate player in flash. There is a C compiler that runs in flash so this should be in theory possible - it's probably too large a project for one person.

There is no utility that will convert your Scratch project to Flash. Sorry.

A while ago, I looked at the forums and somebody had posted something that turns scratch into flash! It was glitchy... But there is something.

At a site called http://playcrafter.com you can export your programs to flash if you sign up for their premium service. Its easier than scratch but less customizable.
