On Scratch 2.0, do you have to give a reason for flagging a comment?

When flagging comments, sometimes more details need to be given than just reporting it. So, on Scratch 2.0, do you have to give a reason when flagging a comment?

Not at the moment.  I don't think the flag button does anything at this point. 

So you are saying that we should have a reason field for flagging comments, just like we do currently for projects?  Wouldn't some people see that as a barrier to flagging?

Yeah, I am saying that, because in some cases, a comment can be disrespectful, even if it doesn't look that way at first glance, so the person flagging it should be able to explain.
