There is one; it's just not very noticeable. You go to the friends projects thing, and click surprise me. It's not very noticeable, so there should be a separate bar for that (kinda hat I was suggesting).

Well actually just go to random . org enter between 104 and 2906303 then press generate then go to scratch.mit.edu/api/getproject/THERANDOMNUMBER and there is a random project. RANDOM PROJECT
