Questions about scratch 2.0
1) Where is scratch 1.5+
2) Will projects made in scratch 2.0 be saved in .sb format
3) Will scratch 2.0 be able to open .sb files
4) Will scratch 1.4 be able to open projects made in scratch 2.0 if they are saved as .sb files

1) We already answered that. It is a huge change, so it is version 2.

1. It's not coming out.
2. No. Some sort of flash one.
3. Yes.
4. I don't think so, as there will be new blocks.

Wrong. Scratch 2.0 doesn't have the comments.

Well, it can still open scratch files, can't it? Who cares if one thing is deleted...

Well, it can still open scratch files, can't it?
It can open files without comments properly, but ones with comments it sometimes fails badly.

That sounds like a bug we should be looking into. Can you give me a link to a project that fails? Or email it to help@scratch.mit.edu?
