I put in in because:
a)It was a block.
b)it's relatively easy to remake
c)why not ?It seems to me like an obsolete block, but would it be useful if you were too lazy to code in a "if-else" statement.
It is an obsolete block.

Actually it can, so that's why I changed it to "open URL http://scratch.mit.edu/[]".

I know that it can be used to open up a page that has malicious content in, but who in their right mind would do that? I mean, professional people wouldn't turn to a Scratch Mod to force people to get viruses. Pretty much only a troll would do somthing like that. But he'd have to know where the virus is to force people to download it anyway.

No offence, but WHY DOES EVERYONE PUT TURN AWAY FROM EDGE IN THEIR MODS. It makes no sense! In a two-dimensional plane, the only way to "turn away" from something that completely surrounds you is to rotate into the third dimension!
Whoa dude, I don't get that at all, it sounds like something out of...

Could you make a block that has the ability to stop one script? If possible, as in each new script gets a number. By that, you could stop a single script with out the "stop all" block. Im not good at coding, but is this even possible?

Wait wouldn't you or I or whatever need to use the entire script creation code and possible alter the values if there is no numbers for scripts and create another code that uses these numbers (1,2,3,etc) therefore making this entirely possible?
Sorry just got see then possibilities of the creation of one single block. no wonder the 2.0 is taking almost a year, those codes man those codes,
