Can you Hide lists?
working on a game when the lives are over or the time runs out we have a Game over code being broadcast that asks the user to enter his name. is there a way to hide the list and have it appear only when the game is over?

No, there is not a block that will hide lists (yet-- they're adding one for 2.0). However, you can "hide" them by placing sprites in front of them. If your sprite looks like the background that should give a similar effect.
