No, but seriously. What is that title card music for "Selling Out" CALLED?

My top 3 WORST list! Oh yeah, get ready for some rants.    It's only top 3 because I sort of quit watching the show after Season 6, and have only seen a few episodes after that. But yeah, GET READY for the world to explode.

3. The Splinter - I hate this episode because...it's plain disgusting. Seriously, the slime oozing out of Spongebob's pulsating, blood-red thumb--yecch. I don't even need to say anymore. This episode also shows how stupid Spongebob is too.

2. Patrick-Man! - I'd heard some "good reception" about this episode from Animeboy975. Figuring that I should probably give the show another chance, I checked this episode out. Boy, was I in for a ragefit. I literally was ready to hurl the remote into the TV screen. Patrick under the influence that he's a "superhero"--okay, interesting premise. But this episode just emphasizes how much of a blithering idiot and fool the character has devolved into. He thinks that he's being smart, BUT HE'S NOT. He's just an idiot! I can go on for hours about this episode.

And the NUMBER ONE worst episode of Spongebob OF ALL TIME is...

1. Boating Buddies - This episode...argh. This episode just shows how much of an idiot Spongebob is. And shows how much of a jerk Squidward is too. Squidward also made himself very clear that HE DOES NOT WANT TO BE SPONGEBOB'S FRIEND. Yet Spongebob, being the TOTAL IDIOT that he is, just says, "Sure thing Boating Buddy!" This episode also shows how devoted to Squidward that Spongebob is. And when I mean devoted, I mean in a REALLY weird way. I mean, we all remember that awful stare from Spongebob, looking up at Squidward. And he's all like "We're best friends foreva" and Squidward says "No we are not" and Spongebob's like "Oh yes we are". Can't he get it through his hole-drilled head that SQUIDWARD WILL NEVER BE HIS FRIEND EVER. And Squidward acts like a jerk in this episode too. His attitude is all like "Oh I don't freaking belong here with you idiots especially you Spongebob" during boating school.

And...that's the verdict. I used a lot of caps, I know. I told you that you were gonna be in for some rants.    Anyways, there you go. My top three worst Spongebob episodes.

Agreed.
I think if you take out the grossness, the episode isn't that bad.
But Ren and Stimpy is worse in grossness, and I watch it all the time.

Apparently though, you like the newer episodes, which is really strange to most of us, because the newer episodes suck. Seriously, I don't see how anyone over the age of 6 would find any of that remotely entertaining. "Season 3 quality"? Gimme a break.

Also, yes, I hated the episode "Choir Boys", but not enough to get on my top 3 list. Maybe I'll make a top ten list soon. But coming up will be a rant about ATLANTIS SQUAREPANTIS--the worst Spongebob episode of all time. Only reason I didn't put it on my list was that it was a TV "movie". So yeah, get ready for THAT rant.

On the contrary, Ren and Stimpy is IMO one of the best cartoons ever made. Yes, it is vile and disgusting, but mixes that with witty humor. Spongebob, however, just focuses on being disgusting and not actually adding any humor to it. Ren and Stimpy managed to do both of those things.

But the episode "Ren's Toothache" did scar me for life, though, when I was 5. Ren pulling out his nerve-endings--yeesh.

I felt bad for Squidward during Boating Buddies.

I'm also suprised why you didn't put "Good Neighbors" on your list. That was the MOST squidward torture i've ever seen.

Season 6: Chum Caverns (probably the only GOOD episode from this season.)
Season 7: Tunnel Of Glove
Season 8: Drive-Thru
Season 9: Patrick-Man!

Good list, except for Seasons 7-9.   

Also, Truth or Square was awful. Just saying.
