An operator block

There is a workaround for this one, but it would look a lot better like that:

<(number) ^ (number)>
so you don't need to use repeat blocks

Suggested many times, never seen a conclusive reason why not, support. I'm hoping it's in 2.0

There are workarounds, since there is log(base 10) and ^10 or e and ln, but things like this are nice.
