http://resources.scratchr.org/ (copy and past,can't make url tags :'( ) <-----scratch recources,where you can get music/sprites etc. from the scratch community,also search the term "Public Domain music for download",that way you will get music which you can use without permission.

Youtube has a host of free royalty free music, if you know where to look. Just be sure to check that the license is indeed valid before downloading said songs. Also, Incomptech, (Run by Kevin Macleod) is a wonderful place to get music from. It's free with attribution, and the tracks don't have that "Cheap" free feel to them.
