I Need Phrases for My Project

I am making an interactive project where you can "talk" to Starscream and he responds.  The problem is, I want it to be as realistic as possible, so I need sample phrases.  It can be random, serious, anything of the sort (as long as it's appropriate), it all helps.  In the next update, if you say anything that's not in the scripts, he will just say "I don't speak gibberish!" or something of the sort (and, of course, that brings a whole other conversation that would occur!).

What I hope to update:
- Make it so that you can call him back, and depending on how your last conversation went, he will react to your return.

- If you call back too many times, he'll get annoyed and hang up.

- He'll react to you hanging up depending on how well the conversation went.

Plans for afterward:
I hope to have more Decepticons to "call", with their own set of reactions.


I realize this is quite a large goal, and I do not expect to have this done in a week.
