Squares, Triangles, and Rectangles

Hey, Everyone!

I had a class project due, and the project is to script a simple drawing program. The program was suppose to be able to draw in different colors, clear the screen, and draw different kind of polygons. I was able to do all of this, but I'm unhappy with the way I was taught to draw polygons. Basically, the way we were taught was to drop the sprite somewhere and change the numbers on the script to draw the size we want. I was hoping if anyone had a script or be able to run me through a way to be able to draw these shapes (square, triangle, and circle) in a way that other drawing programs do. For example, mimicking the way the sprite drawing tool does.
