Terrible super mario world port for NES

Anyone remember super mario world for the super nes?
If you don't watch this.

Will look at this terrible NES version. It was ported to a much inferior game system.
The music will make anybody deaf, its terrible. For a NES game the graphics are very well done.

Looks like a pretty successful port if the person just did it for the challenge IMO

I agree but compared to the donkey kong country NES port this is bad

Good music and graphics. Too bad the level order is messed up.

It was made by hummer team. A company that downgrades games on older systems

Re: Terrible super mario world port for NES

It's pretty good if you consider the limitations that the NES had (5 channel 8-bit sound, 64 sprites on screen at most, etc.), and even a bit fun to play if you don't mind the graphics flickering (due to the 64 sprite limit) and the odd glitches c:

It's not that bad of a port, really. The music's awful, yes, but the graphics aren't bad.
