I watched some of the telethon.
It's so sad :'(
We just had some strong wind, because I live in the Midwest.

A telethon?
It's a little hard to explain.
It's a thing on television where people perform and say stuff, and on this one they showed pictures and videos of damage, and you can text or call to donate.

I like to call it Frankenstorm.
In honour of Frank Iero.

I think my mom donated to the telethon thing, I'm not sure.
Anyways, it's weird because whenever you try to drive on the highway there's a gazillion Ameren trucks driving East.
I watched a little of the telethon, only because it was on before Grimm on NBC. I saw Bruce Springsteen sing.

Why they had Christina Aguilera(or however you spell it) sing with all those people is like an apple hanging out with gumballs.

In the UK (where I live) the BBC (our main channel company) covered it like it was happening to us, but spending only a sentence mentioning the many deaths. They really did not cover it well. The newspapers didn't do much better either. It was like the UK media didn't care about the deaths. I do care because I'm human.
