Sorry, but this was the best index I could find, but I REALLY need your help!
This pop-up window called "cfFncEnabler" keeps popping up on my desktop when I start my computer, and it's always "not responding". Also, it's a broken window, only being a top heading and a tiny part of a black window. It's VERY hard to close out of (I can only close it with CTRL-ALT-DEL), and usually afterwards my compter tells me I either am at risk or have updates.
SOMEONE HELP ME! Is it a virus? D8>

Also, it's a compressed file. It's technical security rating is 18 percent dangerous.
