Copyright?
I made my project for Halloween,and this kid(ahmed1234) remixed my project
and he didn't even put credits of me the owner and when I saw his remix it looks
like that he was trying to fake that he made it himself.
say (Should I blame him?) for (4) secs

What project did he remix? I would like to see for myself. Also, contact the scratch team if this gets to far out of hand.

Use this and see if they are exact copies. If so, flag it.

Yes, but unless its an exact copy, the ST won't count it as one.

Looks like the user has remixed your project and added another sprite! I always feel very proud when someone remixes my projects, it means someone obviously really liked it and had a creative idea on how to change it! Remember that even if ahmed1234 didn't credit you in the project description, it says "Based on Rezterkill's project" below!
If it really bothers you, you can always ask him nicely to give credit in the project description, but demanding credit or flagging it most likely won't help.
